Athletes who move their hips in all directions, like dancers and gymnasts, are more likely to injure their hips and have hip pain. Mobilisation and manipulation, hamstring stretches, hip flexor stretches, straight leg raises, and bridges are the ways to relieve hip pain.


Sciatica is shooting pain down the leg often accompanied by numbness, tingling and sometimes weakness. Most often Sciatica is caused by a herniated, bulging, or degenerated disc. There are two types of sciatica. Regardless of what type you have, the effects are the same. McKenzie's method and various techniques as part of the overall physiotherapy treatment approach which is a very effective method for reducing the prolapsed disc and therefore reducing the sciatic pain.


Knee pain, many different types of injuries can cause knee pain. These include strains, sprains, ligament tears (such as ACL injury), cartilage tears, or broken bones (called a fracture). They can happen from landing wrong on your foot, falling, twisting the knee, or impact injuries, such as being hit on the knee.
