I, TEENA GUPTA, am a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from India in 2003 and have been involved in various organisations that helped me excel in the Musculoskeletal role of my career. I completed my post-graduation in 2006, therefore, I have over a decade of experience in treating patients with Musculoskeletal, Geriatric, Paediatric Musculoskeletal, and Spine specialities. Even though I work primarily with back issues, Recently, I upgraded my knowledge in the field of Women's health issues, Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions and Prolapse.

I also hold certifications in Manual Therapy, Taping, Dry Needling, and Osteopathy. I was awarded a gold medal by the Indian Spinal Injury Centre for my research on Spasticity in Hemiplegics. I favour using the Schroth approach along with my knowledge of Neurological Discomfort and Facet Lock Spine to treat issues such as Lumbar Shift, Kyphosis and Scoliosis. Moreover, I offer Osteopathy for Spinal Alignment and limb issues. I'm confident in solving Postpartum back pain problems and informing people of prenatal and postnatal protocols

I pay attention to my patients' needs and carefully carry out Biomechanical Assessments. The patient, Adult or child, is examined based on their Foot Alignment and Posture determined by a weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing Gait assessment. Depending on the results, Orthotics/Insoles may be suggested to correct the alignment.
